OPS’s Griffin Girls on the Run had a fantastic 5K event on May 11, 2023. They have worked hard since February to prepare for the run. They learned a lot about themselves, others, set goals and worked to achieve those goals!

It was inspiring to see the support that helped to cheer the girls on as they ran. As a team, GGOTR decided to raise money for Families Living Violence Free, a local organization that helps individuals find their voice. Each girl worked hard to get sponsors for their run.

Thank you to those who came and helped to make it such a memorable and rewarding event for our Griffin Girls. A special thank you goes to Granville Education Foundation for funding our Ready, Set, Run grant and believing in our vision of cultivating a group of females that strive for excellence in all they do, specifically in leadership and community service.
