Another great way to start participating is placing our information in public areas, businesses, and churches.
Abuse is a big problem within Granville County. To make real impact, we must increase the level of involvement, care, and resources targeting domestic and sexual abuse. You can help us grow by hosting a house party, or inviting us to present to your business, church, club, or school for presentations and training. Legal Aid of North Carolina offers a free Social Security Disability Clinic to learn about the types of adult Social Security Disability benefits, how to qualify, the application process, and what you will need to show to prove that you are entitled to benefits. At the clinic, you will watch an instructional video. A volunteer attorney will be available to answer general questions. You may register HERE.
