Garner was located and arrested by CMPD officers and K-9 unit on Sept. 6 without incident. He was interviewed by Homicide Unit detectives and has since been transferred to the custody of the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office where he has been charged with murder and murder of an unborn child.

Through collaborative efforts between detectives and officials from the Kannapolis Police Department, Asyini was located and arrested on September 27, 2019. 
Arianna was found dead on a trail in a wooded area on Biscayne Drive behind Eastway Middle School and near the Eastland Square shopping center. Arianna was shot several times.
Asyini is charged with murder, first degree kidnapping, and assault on a female.

Officers found two victims, a man and a woman, both with gunshot wounds. The woman was dead inside her vehicle. The man was taken to a hospital but died from his injury.
The woman was identified as Shamona Mosley, 30, of Greensboro, and the man was identified as Eric Mosely, 31, of Greensboro.
