Deputies with the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office responded to the home on Richmond Drive in Clayton around 2:30 a.m. They said Lindsay Rae Webb, 21, and William Kyle Parker, 23, were found dead outside the home — one in the front yard and the other in the backyard.

Greenville police said in a news release that Kelby Ivan Cox, 52, showed up at the Pitt County Magistrate’s Office around 1 a.m. on Monday, news outlets reported.
